170 Charities Benefitted from 乐播传媒视频鈥檚 Volunteer Efforts Across the Globe
乐播传媒视频 Volunteers were out in force last year providing invaluable volunteer support in our local communities. Throughout the year, 2,300 volunteers across the globe lived out 乐播传媒视频鈥檚 Community core value, dedicating their time to give back to those in need. Whether volunteering at a company-sponsored Week of Service event, volunteering for their local food bank as part of a Volunteer Action Team, participating in their child鈥檚 PTA and recording their Individual Volunteer Activity, or volunteering as a department, there was no shortage of service by 乐播传媒视频 employee heroes and their loved ones.
The 乐播传媒视频 Foundation hosted three Week of Service events, where employees participated onsite in service projects. In the spring, 800+ 乐播传媒视频 Volunteers worked together to assemble 5,500 STEAM kits that were donated to schools in our local communities. In support of the 乐播传媒视频 Foundation鈥檚 food security initiative, over 135,000 meals were packed by 乐播传媒视频 employee volunteers for children and families in our local communities and around the world.聽
Rounding out the year and in conjunction with our annual United Way campaign, 780+ employees participated in participated in various projects across our three U.S. offices, packing more than 19,200 kits for individuals in need, such as hygiene kits for homelessness families, or financial literacy kits to provide local youth and parents with tools they need for basic money management and budgeting.
Throughout 2023, 11 global cleanups and activities were held across six countries to have a positive impact on our environment. Through cleanup efforts, 435+ of trash and microplastics were cleared from waterways by 乐播传媒视频 Volunteers around the world.
Nearly 80 乐播传媒视频 employees around the word volunteered 25 or more hours in 2023, with 19 employees volunteering 100+ hours. 4,200+ hours were recorded as part of the 乐播传媒视频 Foundation鈥檚 Individual Volunteer Hours program. Through the 乐播传媒视频 Foundation鈥檚 volunteer match program, employees were able to request a $10 Volunteer Match grant for every qualified Individual Volunteer Hour recorded, up to $1,000 annually.

乐播传媒视频 department leaders also engaged their teams in 45+ Department Teambuilding Community Events elevating employee engagement globally by including a charitable activity as part of their department meetings and conferences. These activities included offsite food packing projects, backpack assembly projects, a mentorship day at a local Boys & Girls Club, and many more!
鈥 Enterprise Actuarial partnered with the 乐播传媒视频 Foundation for a team building event to build bikes for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley, which was not only a fun time for both employees and club youth, but also a significant component in bonding our new team together. And at the 2023 Actuarial Conference our 乐播传媒视频 actuarial community worked together with the 乐播传媒视频 Foundation to build 300 Think Together kits!
