On April 23, 2026, the State of Georgia issued a State of Emergency due to active wildfires and hazardous fire conditions. On May 8, another State of Emergency was issued with updated guidance on affected counties. Many families were displaced and the firefighters continue to try to control the blazes. In alignment with GA OCISF - Directives 26-EX-1 and 26-EX-3, �ֲ���ý��Ƶ will provide accommodations for impacted policyholders. • Policies that lapsed during the moratorium period: �ֲ���ý��Ƶ is reinstating policies and extending the Grace Period End (GPE) date by a minimum of 60 days, with the possibility of further extensions if necessary. Notification letters will be sent to policyowners.
• Policies with GPE date in the moratorium period: �ֲ���ý��Ƶ is extending the GPE date by at least 60 days, will extend further if needed. Notification will not be sent to policyowners.
• Policies entering grace during the moratorium period: Policies with the GPE outside of the moratorium will not have extensions. Grace notices will be mailed routinely.

Effective August 13, 2026, Governor Braun issued Executive Order 26-21 which declared a statewide disaster emergency in response to recent severe weather, derecho, tornado activity, and flooding events throughout Indiana. The Indiana Department of Insurance issued Bulletin 280, establishing a statewide insurance moratorium. �ֲ���ý��Ƶ is providing accommodations for impacted policyowners who reside in Indiana.

Review the information below for the applicable time frame and requirements:

• Moratorium Period: August 17, 2026 through October 16, 2026 (unless extended).
• Designated Area: Entire State of Indiana.
• Retroactive Relief: �ֲ���ý��Ƶ will review and reverse qualifying cancellations or non-renewals that occurred between August 10, 2026 and August 16, 2026.
• Affected Policies: �ֲ���ý��Ƶ is suspending premium-related cancellations and non-renewals for policyowners directly affected by the disaster during the moratorium period. The moratorium extends payment deadlines but does not waive premium obligations. Late-payment penalties are suspended during the moratorium period, and payment plans or additional accommodations may be offered, as appropriate.

Effective June 18, 2026, the Louisiana Department of Insurance issued Emergency Rule 50 in response to Tropical Storm Arthur. �ֲ���ý��Ƶ is providing accommodations for impacted policyowners who reside in, or have insured property located in, one of the designated Louisiana parishes listed below.

Review the table below for the affected parishes and applicable time frame.

• Moratorium Period: June 18, 2026 – July 22, 2026
• Designated Areas: Avoyelles, Lafourche, Pointe Coupee, St. Landry, St. Tammany, Terrebonne, and Rapides parishes.
• �ֲ���ý��Ƶ is suspending any notice of cancellation, nonrenewal, non-reinstatement, or other applicable notice during the moratorium period.
• �ֲ���ý��Ƶ may process policy cancellations upon documented written requests from the insured and may issue notices of cancellation for non-payment during the grace period; however, policies cannot be cancelled for non-payment until Emergency Rule 50 expires. While premium requirements remain in effect, �ֲ���ý��Ƶ may provide payment plans or additional extensions for impacted policyowners when appropriate.
• New policies: Emergency Rule 50 does not apply to policies issued on or after June 18, 2026.
• Interest, penalties, and other charges: �ֲ���ý��Ƶ is suspending any additional interest, penalty, charge, or accrual assessed against the insured as a result of the suspension.

On May 13, 2025, historic flash flooding struck Western Maryland after intense rainfall triggered flash flood emergencies across the region, prompting a State of Emergency. The flooding caused widespread disruptions, significant property damage, and tragic loss of life in several communities. In light of the MD Insurance Administration Bulletin 25-8, which encourages insurers to assist affected citizens, �ֲ���ý��Ƶ is offering accommodations for impacted policyholders in designated areas.

• Moratorium Period: May 16, 2025 – July 15, 2025
• Designated Area: Allegany and Garrett Counties
• Policies lapsing during the moratorium period: �ֲ���ý��Ƶ is reinstating the policies and extending their grace period ending (GPE) date by at least 60 days. If a 60-day extension does not extend the grace period outside of the moratorium, the policy extension goes to the next monthiversary. Notification letters are sent to policyowners.
• Policies with GPE date within moratorium period: �ֲ���ý��Ƶ is extending the GPE date by at least 60 days.
• Policies entering grace during the moratorium period: Policies with the GPE outside the moratorium do not receive extensions. Grace notices are mailed routinely.

On August 26, 2026, the Nevada Division of Insurance issued Bulletin 26-003 in response to wildfires affecting communities across northern Nevada. The bulletin asks insurers to offer flexibility with premium payment timing. Accommodations are available upon request to Nevada policyowners impacted by the wildfires.

Review the information below for the applicable relief and requirements:

• Grace Period Extension: Qualifying policyowners impacted by the Nevada wildfires may request a 60-day grace period extension.
• Designated Area: Policyowners throughout Nevada may request relief for wildfire-related impacts. Requests that clearly fall outside the affected areas may not qualify.
• Affected Policies: Policyowners may request a grace period extension or policy reactivation. The extension provides additional time to make a payment but does not waive premiums or eliminate amounts due.

On July 31, 2026, the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, Division of Financial Regulation, issued a Wildfire Emergency Order for designated areas impacted by ongoing wildfires. The wildfires have resulted in evacuations, property damage, and disruptions affecting many Oregon residents and businesses. In alignment with the Oregon Emergency Order, �ֲ���ý��Ƶ is providing accommodations for impacted policyholders.

• Moratorium Period: July 31, 2026 - September 29, 2026, unless extended by the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation.
• Designated Area: Refer to the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation Bulletin 2026-6 and anysubsequent updates for a list of affected ZIP codes.
• Affected Policies: For policies associated with policyowners residing in the designated ZIP codes,�ֲ���ý��Ƶ is extending grace periods for policies that enter grace during the Oregon Departmentof Consumer and Business Services moratorium period. If a policy lapses during the moratoriumperiod, �ֲ���ý��Ƶ will reactivate the policy and notify the policyowner of the extension. The graceperiod extension is not a waiver of premium and does not eliminate premiums due; it providesadditional time for payment.

• Designated Area: Atascosa, Gillespie, Medina, Austin, Goliad, Menard, Bandera, Gonzales, Pecos, Bastrop, Guadalupe, Real, Bexar, Harris, Schleicher, Blanco, Hays, Sutton, Brazoria, Jackson, Terrell, Brewster, Karnes, Travis, Burnet, Kendall, Uvalde, Caldwell, Kerr, Val Verde, Colorado, Kimble, Victoria, Comal, Kinney, Waller, Crockett, La Salle, Washington, DeWitt, Lavaca, Webb, Dimmit, Lee, Wharton, Edwards, Llano, Williamson, Fayette, Mason, Wilson, Fort Bend, Matagorda, Zapata, Frio, Maverick, Zavala, Galveston, and McMullen counties.
• Policies with GPE date in the effective period: Upon the request of those affected, PL will work with policyowners residing in the counties listed above to offer lapse assistance and extend grace periods.
