Connor, Institutional Service Analyst, embodies our ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ÊÓƵ values by continuously seeking opportunities to grow and develop his career. He joined ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ÊÓƵÌýtwo and a half years ago and was most recently a Customer Solutions Specialist with the Consumer Markets Division (CMD).
In February 2025, Connor transitioned to the Institutional Division, where he now supports core business processes to ensure participants receive world-class service and care. He shares his experience in this interview.

How did your time in our Consumer Markets Division prepare you for your current role?
My time in that division was incredibly valuable and gave me a solid foundation and understanding of how ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ÊÓƵ operates. It was there that I gained foundational insurance industry knowledge on how annuities work, tax withholding, death claims, and everything in between!
What excites you about your new division?
I feel very fortunate that ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ÊÓƵ supports internal movement between divisions and functions where I can continue to develop new skills and take on more challenges. In my new role, I’ll have my hand in a lot of different areas for operations. I’m looking forward to learning about different departments and how all the pieces fit together to support our overall strategy. It is clear that Institutional is very collaborative and relationship focused. During my time at our division-wide Setting the Stage event, I had the opportunity to connect with colleagues in-person that I may not have otherwise connected with in my role.
What ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ÊÓƵ values have been prominent for you recently?
There are two that really resonate with me - courage and enduring strength. Having the courage for continued growth while we strengthen capabilities and drive innovation is truly special within the Institutional Division. Enduring strength is something that I continue to see in action each and every day with how ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ÊÓƵ is forward-thinking and customer focused.
